Orders ship Monday through Friday, before 3:00 pm MST. Saturday and holiday deliveries require a special request. All shipping rates are estimated and dependent on actual items shipped, weight and destination. Overnight or 2 Business Day shipping excludes Saturday delivery. Contact us at 801-585-3234 for additional service information or to discuss Saturday deliveries.

Please add $1.50 for additional items added to your original order. We make every effort to catch orders with smaller items such as, stickers, pencils etc. We will adjust the shipping accordingly for such items.

Orders placed after 11:00 am MST will be processed the following business day. Shipping times based on in-stock items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. All orders need to be picked up from the Campus Store or offsite campus locations within 30 days from the first day of the semester. Remaining orders will be forfeited back to the Campus Store and put into the donation program.

Items that require transfers from one of our outlying Utah RedZone locations will ship upon delivery to the Campus Store at the requested shipping method. Transfers are normally processed on Mondays and Thursdays. If this falls on a holiday, deliveries will be the following business day.

When we are out of an item(s) this item(s) is backordered and will require partial shipping. If expedited shipping has been selected all items available will ship. Once we receive the back ordered items these will ship via standard shipping, unless otherwise specified.

Please note: all shipping times are estimated based on the specific carriers’ guidelines. Once an order leaves our facility we have no control over the delivery. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. International and Military Shipping

By placing an international order, you agree to pay for any additional duties or fees imposed by the country of destination. These often range from 30%-150% of the total value of the merchandise. Please determine these costs before placing your order, as they could be higher than expected. Orders refused by the recipient upon delivery will be considered an “abandoned package,” and ineligible for a refund. International shipping is not eligible for free shipping.

International, Military, PO Box, and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are automatically sent via USPS as these addresses do not have expedited shipping available.

Free Shipping

Free economy shipping is valid on orders of $100 or more. Free shipping will automtically be applied at checkout. Some exclusions apply.*

Pick-Up

We offer the option to pick-up your order at the following locations (Orders are processed at the Main Campus Store, and are sent down to satellite stores on Monday and Thursday mornings.
