How to Shop In-Person at the Campus Store
If you would like to shop in person at the Campus Store and pay using department funds vs. a PCard, you may still do so using the Campus Shop Print & Carry form found in the UShop Internal Supplier Forms.
This form allows departments to give a designated shopper an set amount of approved funds to spend at the Campus Store while allowing flexibility on what product is selected while shopping at the Campus Store. The Campus Store has updated our selection of Apple Macs, MacBooks, and iPads available through the UShop Campus Store Punch-Out. If you cannot find the technology configuration you are looking for on the UShop Campus Store Punch-Out, please submit a UTech Quote Request to our Campus Store Sales Team at CampusSales@campusstore.utah.edu. Our Sales Representatives will be in touch with you within 48 hours to discuss your specific needs.

How do I shop the UShop Campus Store Punch-Out with department pricing?
University of Utah Departmental pricing is automatically built into the UShop Campus Store Punch-Out. Users must be logged into UShop to enter the UShop Campus Store Punch-Out to view departmental pricing. The retail price will be shown as strikethrough and your price will be shown directly next to the full retail price.
What if I am not seeing a computer or laptop I need to purchase on the Campus Store Punch-Out Catalog?
We are able to submit custom technology orders through Apple and Dell helping secure the best price available and providing help every step of the way. Please submit a UTech Quote Request to our Campus Store Sales Team at CampusSales@campusstore.utah.edu. Our Sales Representatives will be in touch with you within 48 hours to discuss your specific needs.
How do I order a Starbucks Catering Order?
Starbucks Catering Orders can be placed through UShop using the Starbucks Order Form. All orders are fulfilled by the Campus Store Main location. (270 S 1500 E).

How do I submit a Pepsi Catering Order?
Pepsi2U orders can be placed through UShop using the Pepsi2U Order Form.
This program is specifically designed for departments that are making small purchases and don’t meet the minimum order fulfillment requirements by Pepsi. With this program, departments can purchase smaller quantities of Pepsi products at discounted campus pricing. In addition to reduced pricing, purchases made through this program also generate a rebate that is returned to campus and used to fund student scholarships, internship opportunities, and other student-centric programs. All orders are fulfilled by the Campus Store Main location. (270 S 1500 E).

How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up or delivered?
You will recieve an email from the Campus Store Team letting you know the status of your order. If you do not recieve an email within 48 hours, please reach out to the Campus Store Sales Team at CampusSales@campusstore.utah.edu.
