Faculty Graduation Details

Faculty Regalia Information

Faculty may rent regalia for Commencement and Convocation ceremonies. Rental orders must be placed by March 6th. If you have any questions on how to purchase regalia rentals, please speak with your department administrator.

Department Administrators must purchase all Faculty Regalia Rentals through the UShop Campus Store Catalog Punch-Out.

Fine Quality Regalia is available for purchase if desired. Depending on the customization, a full outfit costs between $600-$1500. Faculty wishing to purchase their regalia should contact Thomas Warren via email at twarren@campusstore.utah.edu.

Regalia Rental Return Information

Please return your regalia to your respective college by May 22nd. If you picked up your regalia during the last chance faculty rental pick-up, please return directly to Campus Store Customer Service Team.

Please note, there are no returns or refunds on any fine quality regalia (Exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis).
