Returns

My item was cancelled, will you refund me?

  • Of course! If we can't find an item and cancel it, we actually haven't reached the step in the process where we charge you for it, so there should not be any charges for cancelled items in the first place. If you still suspect you were overcharged, feel free to contact us at 801-585-3234.

What is your return policy?

Can I receive store credit for items I return?

  • Yes! When requesting your return be sure to leave a note that you would prefer your refund in the form of in-store credit

Can i return an online purchase in store?

  • Yes! As long as the item is in returnable condition: The clothing will have to be unwashed, without any damage, stains, or other blemishes, and with the tags present (Note: The tags can be separated from the clothing, as long as you have them with you during the return we can accept the clothing)

What if i don't have a receipt or proof of purchase?

  • You may receive an exchange for your item or store credit in form of a gift card.

Can I return items purchased at concession events?

  • Items bought at concessions may be returned with the receipt in store within 30 days. See more on our return's info page here.

Orders

When will my Order Ship?

Shipping

  • Most orders placed before 12:00pm CST ship the same business day. Any orders placed after 12:00pm CST will ship the following business day.*

*Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include United States federal holidays.

Can you ship to a PO box?

  • We may ship to a PO Box if you choose a USPS shipping option- Be aware that extra fees may occur.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, but the shipping cannot be expedited, and extra fees may occur.

I have an online pickup at the main store, where do I go?

  • When entering the store from any direction head towards the Red Zone area, and you will see some stairs leading up to the textbooks department. When you head up the stairs, there will be a desk with a large sign with the words "Online Order Pickup" printed on it. Simply ring the bell (it isn't rude!) and someone will be there to assist you with a pickup shortly.
  • Make sure to have your order number and a form of photo ID with your full name.

How Will I know if my order is ready to be picked up?

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up.

Can I pick my order up at the store?

    We offer the option to pick up your order at the following locations:
  • Main Campus Store – 270 South 1500 East, Salt Lake City, UT 84112
  • Health Sciences Campus Store (Health Sciences Education Building) – 26 S. 2000 E. Salt Lake City, UT 84112
  • Sandy Campus Store – 10011 Centennial Parkway, STE 150, Sandy UT
  • Herriman Campus, Juniper Building – 14551 S. Sentinel Ridge Blvd, Herriman, UT 84096

An item I ordered was out of stock, but I saw it on the website, is it really out of stock?

  • Items can be out of stock, but may be placed on backorder, if this is the case, you will be notified, otherwise, it is possible the item was still out of stock.
  • Rest assured we make every effort to ensure items are truly out of stock before cancelling an item on your order.

I am affiliated with the University, how do I ensure my tech purchase is tax free?

  • When processing orders, we automatically determine tax-free eligibility, even if you see tax on the checkout page. If you would like, you can add a note to the order with your UID and a request to make the order tax free.

How do I receive donations from the store?

  • Please fill out a donation request form on this page.
