Orders & Order Changes
Find help with order confirmations, changes, cancellations, unavailable items, and order issues.
After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.
If you still cannot locate a confirmation or are unsure whether your order was submitted, please contact us before placing another order.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment.
In some situations, cancellation and a new order may be required. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
The fastest way to check on an order is to sign in to your Campus Store account and visit the Purchase History section under Purchases. From there, you can view recent orders, order details, receipts, invoices, and available status information.
If you checked out as a guest or need a quick shortcut, you can also use our order lookup page to find your order.
Creating a Campus Store account also makes future orders easier to manage. With a profile, you can track purchases, view receipts and invoices, manage order-related support requests, and save addresses and payment methods for a faster checkout experience.
Inventory can change quickly, especially during busy periods. If we are unable to fulfill an item, we may cancel that item from your order and notify you by email.
Any eligible refund for a canceled item will be returned to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time to make the credit available.
Website inventory is updated regularly, but items can sell through, become unavailable, or require additional verification after an order is placed.
When an item is eligible for backorder, we may notify you of the expected delay. If it cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel the unavailable item and update your order accordingly.
Please contact us within three business days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable.
If the Campus Store sent an incorrect or damaged item, we will review the issue and provide return, replacement, or refund instructions as appropriate. Please do not send an item back until we provide instructions.
In some cases, a payment provider may display a temporary authorization as a pending charge before the final transaction is completed. Pending authorizations are generally released automatically if they are not completed.
If you see two posted charges or believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us so we can review the order.
