Use Your Scholarship to get Books and Tech from the Campus Store!

The Campus Store works with scholarship programs to make sure you get the learning materials you need to succeed! If you’d like to make a purchase using your scholarship, see the list below of scholarships we work with and their unique requirements. Check with your Counselor first to see what types of materials are approved for you to purchase using those funds. They will email us with your scholarship details so we can assist you when you come in.

Making an Online Scholarship Order

Once you know you’re set to make a purchase using your scholarship, select “Scholarship” as your payment type when checking out online. Also make sure that you are logged in when making the purchase, and include the name of your scholarship and your UID in the order notes.

You will be notified once we have approved the order through your program, and you can pick it up at the campus store. Make sure to bring your UCard.

Can’t make it in-store to pick up your order? Generally, all scholarship orders should be picked up in person, but for special exceptions, contact orderfulfillment@bookstore.utah.edu

In-Person Scholarship Purchases

If you’d like to make an in-person purchase using your scholarship, let the register know when checking out, and they can direct you to our special accounts department if necessary. Make sure you have your UCard ready.
