Pricing Info & Qualifications:
This year's event, customers in the "Students, Staff, and Faculty" category will receive 8% savings compared to the original retail price. Also, enjoy additional benefits by purchasing tax-free with your University ID.
Alum of the University of Utah or former employees of the University of Utah, will also save 8% off of of original retail pricing (before sales tax). You will need your Alumni Member ID. If If you do not know your ID number, please email forever.utah@alumni.utah.edu with your full name, graduation year, and birth date. Once you receive that number, enter it in the Customer Order Notes section at checkout.
Payment Plans:
For Staff and Faculty, we provide the added benefit of purchasing items through payroll deduction. This seamless process allows University of Utah employees to have the cost of their purchase automatically deducted from a series of paychecks. Choose the payroll deduction option at checkout and one of our staff will contact you to initiate the employment verification process. You can also visit us in-store.

UTech at the Main Store and Campus Store Health offer convenient in-store pick-up options; simply select in-store pick-up at checkout. There is a minimum 24 hour processing window from the time your order is received. Curbside Pick Up is available at all locations. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. All other orders will be shipped using Standard and Economy Ground Shipping options.
What are the Campus Store Hours for this event?
The main Campus Store's pick up hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday.
Pick up hours for Campus Store Health in HSEB are 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday.
Are all products in UTech eligible for the promotion?
No. Only select Apple products will be discounted in addition to educational pricing and tax-free pricing.
Are the latest 14 inch and 15 inch MacBook with M3 Chip included in the event?
Yes, the Apple Event includes the most up-to-date MacBook computers.
Are AirPods and AirPods Pro included in the event?
No, Airpod Max, Airpods Pro Airpods 3rd Gen and Airpods 2nd Gen are no included in this event.
Is the Apple Watch included in the promotion?
No, This offer does not apply to any Apple Series Watches.
Will I need my U-Card?
Yes, for University faculty/staff a uID will be required for a tax free eligible purchase. In order to qualify for discounted pricing during the event, you must provide your UID number in the space labeled Student ID. University Alumni participating in the sale must enter their University Alumni ID in the Order Comments box in the Payment Information window at checkout. If you don’t know your Alumni ID, please email forever.utah@alumni.utah.edu for assistance.
Will the Service Center be open?
Yes. Our Apple Authorized Service Center will be open.
Can I trade in my old device?
Yes, you can trade in your old device.
